A: Our core class Speaking for Success is 2 days however most courses
are 1 day and can be customized to fit any schedule.

and will work with you to make sure any specific request or ideas
are considered and made if physically possible.

A: Catalyst can and will work with you to make the class a 1 day
and still deliver the key components.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN TAKE A CLASS AT ONE TIME?
A: Each class has a set number of participants but when customizing
a class it can allow more participants providing you understand
that changes will be made to make sure that all participants receive
the most benefit and attention.

A: Catalyst’s owner and the trainers have over 60 years of
experience in the professional business world. Management, customer
service, operations and human resources are all components of the
experience brought to the front of the room.

WHAT IS THE LARGEST GROUP YOU HAVE TRAINED?
A: Catalyst has trained 70 engineers in a one day session utilizing
6 trainers so that individual attention was not lost and participants
were able to work one on one in the break out sessions.

DOES CATALYST EVER TRAIN OR SPEAK AT CONFERENCE BREAK OUT SESSIONS?
A: Yes, Catalyst CEO and Owner Barbara J. Petry has presented in
several different conference formats. Break out groups allow for
many course formats to be discussed.

DO YOU DO AFTER DINNER SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS?
A: Currently, we do not offer after dinner presentations however,
we can design a short energetic class should that be needed for
a conference.

WHAT IS NEEDED FOR A TRAINING COURSE AT MY COMPANY?
A: Physical property is discussed in the next question however,
70% of all ideas and products that a company sells started on the
shop floor with employees. They touch the product, customer and
the process so they have the knowledge and experience to create
change that benefits an organization. Their ability to communicate
and motivate others to act is what we provide in our courses.

WHAT DOES CATALYST REQUIRE TO TRAIN A COURSE?
A: Catalyst uses an LCD projector, an overhead, flip-charts and
a TV/VCR set up for watching taped presentations. Catalyst provides
reference manuals, name tents, all handouts and course material
required as well as the VHS tapes for student use and take away.

WHAT IF WE DO NOT HAVE A TRAINING FACILITY?
A: Catalyst will be glad to find, organize and prepare a training
site and make sure that all audio visual needs are available. Charges
will be added to the cost of the training.
