Post from: Karen and Bob Anderson Our Barbara-a real live Tinkerbell Barbara was like Tinkerbell-everywhere she went she sprinkled her very
own
brand of pixie dust. He smile was ever present, illuminating the room
she
entered. She would always ask how you were, focusing on you. I remember
one
day as she was recuperating from her brain surgery. I took some food over
there so she wouldn't have to cook, just trying to make her feel
better.
When I left, I was the one who felt better-she just was so generous,
she
knew how to make you feel better--no matter what. She was a light in Because we both adored our grandchildren, we always shared stories about them. She always had such wonderful stories to share about experiences with Tyler and Shelby, teaching me how to really be a grandmother. Her ideas were unique and adventuresome and I loved hearing them. Gary and Barbara were honorary members of our Wichita Fallls dinner group, as they were not from Wichita Falls. How glad we are that they wanted to be apart of our group---or we may never gotten to know them as well as we do. Very special couple. We will miss Barbara more than words can say. Our happy memories of her will always be with us. Karen and Bob Anderson
